Popis
Cyanoacrylate glue for catheters securement. Indicated for short or long-term vascular access from neonates to adults patients: Midline, PICC, CICC, arterial, and more. There are no age or weight restrictions for the use of SecurePortIV®. Compatible with all polyurethane (≥1Fr) and silicone (≥3Fr) catheters.Capacity: 0.15ml (one box of SecurePortIV® contains 50 applicators of 0.15 ml).
The applicator and liquid glue SecurePortIV® are sterile.
Cyanoacrylate glue reduces catheter movement, migration, dislodgement, bleeding and microbial ingress.
SecurePortIV® has a bacteriostatic and bactericidal effect against Gram+, Gram-, Yeast and Fungi.
The use of glue is compatible with others securement solutions (adhesive dressing, subcutaneous anchorage, disc, impregnated dressing...).
