seldisafe is intended for use in puncturing a vein or artery and inserting a guidewire into the vessel when placing a catheter using the Seldinger technique.
Popis
seldisafe is a safety-featured introducer needle. It is intended for puncturing a vein or artery and inserting a guidewire into the vessel when placing a catheter using the Seldinger technique.
seldisafe can be used with a male Luer/male Luer-lock syringe for the puncture procedure. An arrow on its base indicates the direction of the bevel.
This device is supplied sterile and sterilised with ethylene oxide.
In practice, the duration of use is approximately 5 minutes, taking into account the possibility of repeating the clinical procedure.
