Indikace
Polythese Polybranch vascular prostheses are indicated for the replacement or bypass of the thoracic aorta (type A or B aortic dissection, aneurysm of the descending thoracic aorta, post-traumatic aneurysm, Marfan Syndrome, Ehler-Danlos Syndrome, annulo-ecstasia disease, hereditary conjunctival elastic dysplasia and media dystrophies).

polybranch® vascular prostheses are woven polyester vascular prostheses from the polythese® range and are impregnated with bovine collagen.The polythese® polybranch® vascular prostheses are pre-sewn tubular vascular prostheses with a specific geometry. The trunk diameters are from 16 to 38mm, which are used for broad spectrum restoration of the ascending aorta, aortic arch and descending aorta. They have a branch with a small diameter of 8 or 10mm intended for introduction of extracorporeal circulation (ECC).
