Thoracic trocar and drain for thoracic / pleural drainage (pneumothorax, hemothorax, chylothorax, pyothorax...).This device is made of:
- a transparent PVC drain with XRO line – 2 lateral eyes. Open distal end - Funnel connector at proximal end. Markings every 2 cm from 2 to 14 cm (12Fr: code 626.12 and 16Fr: code 626.16), markings every 2 cm from 2 to 24 cm (20Fr: code 626.20 to 32Fr: code 626.32).
- a metallic trocar with handle ensuring a good grip and controlled insertion.
- a protector present at the distal end of the drain, to withdraw before starting the procedure.
Available in the following sizes:
Fr 12 – 16: Length 25 cm
Fr 20 – 24 – 28 – 32: Length 40 cm
